UDK 142 - Automatic steam distilling unit connectable to an auto-titrator:
Steam distilling unit completely automatic for all the operative phases with high features of reliability and safety.
Useful for determinations of ammonia nitrogen, proteic nitrogen (Kjeldahl or direct alkaline distillation), nitric nitrogen (after reduction), phenols, volatile fatty acids, cyanides, sulphur dioxide, alcohol content, etc. in cereals, food and feed, water, soil, sludges, sediments and chemicals.
The patented steam generator using deionized water allows to perform fast distillations or very slow distillations in relation with the analyzed product,it permits to obtain 100 ml of distillate in only 3 minutes without any maintenance. An automatic device reduces the consumption of cooling water.
An innovative system permits the use of test tubes with different heights or Kjeldahl flasks up to 500 ml capacity.
A safety device warns about the lack of the test tube in position, the non closure of the front protection and the absence of the cooling water.
Easily connectable to various models of auto-titrators, the instrument allows to obtain the final result.
All parameters required for the distillation and titration are programmable.
The access to the 20 program menus, in 5 different languages, is very simple and intuitive.
It is also possible the connection to a keyboard.
The unit can be connected to a printer or a PC for printing or recording all the data related to a performed work according to GLP (Good Laboratory Practice). |

ECO 8 - Thermoreactor with voltage changer:
The thermoreactor ECO 8 has a capacity of 8 round glass test tubes with 16 mm external diameter and for 1 test tube with 22 mm external diameter. It is devised for sample preparation in determining COD, total phosphorus, total chromium and other parameters in water and sludge.
The block holding the test tubes is manufactured from an aluminium alloy which allows a very good thermal homogeneity at all the selectable temperatures.
The temperature of the heating block is controlled by a microprocessor with a PID logic.
The temperature probe is a Pt100 probe which does not require any calibration because the electronics after each turning on performs a self calibration. All this allows a very good precision and reproducibility.
The ECO8 thermoreactor is equipped by a voltage changer, accessible on the rear of the instrument, allowing a connection to electric nets 230 V or 115 V.
The unit is equipped by safety devices assuring high protection in all the phases of use: a cover manufactured from Teflon and a transparent cap to be placed over the test tubes during heating.
The heating block is equipped by a protection against over temperatures given by a thermostat which turns off the heating when the temperature exceeds 180°C. |
