| HPLC columns and separation materials focusing on the separation of polypeptides, pharmaceutical analysis, environmental analysis and ion chromatography. Vydac offers polymer and silica-based materials in packed columns and bulk media. Protein and Peptide Analysis phase, Pharmaceutical Analysis phase, Environmental Analysis and Food Analysis phase, Polymer Reverse Phase and Polymer Ion Exchange products. The new 218MS low TFA reversed-phase C18 column designed specifically for improving the sensitivity of peptide mapping using trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) containing HPLC mobile phases. On-line Catalog, Ordering Guide and On-line Ordering. Column IDs: from 1.0 to 100 mm. Column lengths: from 5 to 25 cm. Vydac Column Protection Products: In-line Filters and Guard Kits. Vydac offers a High-Performance Guard Column system consisting of a reusable holder and replaceable cartridge containing the same separation material used in the column. Cartridges are replaced as needed and the holder can be used indefinitely. For use with Microbore (1.0 mm), Narrow-Bore (2.1 mm), Analytical (4.6 mm), Semipreparative (10 mm) and Preparative (22 mm) Columns. Preparative and Process LC products: Vydac offers a complete family of columns and separation products based on the same silica and bonding chemistries. The high purity adsorbents (10-15ґm, 15-20ґm, 20-30ґm) available in bulk for simple scale-up to process. Cost effective, high resolution purification of polypeptides, oligonucleotides, small molecules polymeric bonding resulting in long column lifetimes and negligible phase leaching. |
