| Manufactures Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) MicroCalorimetry systems for determination of biomolecular interactions and stability. The ultrasensitive ITC measures and calculates binding constants in only minutes. Applications include affinity profiles of peptide / protein and peptide / DNA interactions, as well as small-molecule drug and ligand characterization. The ultrasensitive DSC applications include determination of structure and stability of macromolecules and biopharmaceutical formulation studies. |
