A complete line of analytical instruments which includes High Performance Liquid Chromatographs (HPLC), High Throughput Purifier (HTP), Prep HPLC, LC/Mass Spectrometers, Fluorescence Spectrophotometers, UV-Visible Spectrophotometers (UV-VIS), Amino Acid Analyzers (AAA), Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometers (NMR), Diffraction Gratings, Clinical Analyzers. Liquid Chromatography Products: Amino Acid Analyzer, Prep LC Products and High Throughput Purifier. The LaChrom Series HPLC Systems and HPLC Components- HPLC Pump, Sequential Autosampler and Programmable Autosampler, Column Oven, Programmable UV Detector and Programmable UV-Vis Detector, Diode Array Detector, Programmable Fluorescence Detector, Refractive Index Detector, Integrator and LACHROM 2000 HPLC Muliti-System Manager Software. NovaPrep 200/800 Preparative Scale HPLC System- Integrated System NovaPrep® Preparative Scale Chromatography Systems are based on an intelligent pump designed to control multiple solvent inlets, multiple injection modes, a recycle port, and multiple built-in fraction collection ports. The complete system is operated via a single computer interface capable of collecting three channels of data simultaneously. NovaPrep® systems have the following wetted materials: titanium, zirconia ceramic, sapphire, ruby, PEEK, PTFE, and stainless steel. NovaPrep® systems are designed to streamline preparative chromatography operations by providing fully automated operation. The NP200 is capable of isocratic flow rates from 1 to 200 ml/min while the NP800 covers the range from 1 to 800 ml/min. These two models encompass all flow rate requirements from analytical to pilot scale, making scale-up operations easy and routine. Hitachi’s HPLC-based High Throughput Purifier (HTP) is a new system dedicated to purification work in combinatorial chemistry and parallel synthesis. HTP works with up to 4 analytical or preparative columns. Productivity is increased 4 times for roughly 2 times the cost of a traditional HPLC. It can handle up to 400 samples a day for analytical and preparative purification of up to 100 mg of synthesis products. HTP’s fully automated and unattended runs can analyze up to 200 samples per series. Fractions from the separation are automatically collected into Gilson 222 XL Liquid Handlers based on time, signal level, signal slope, signal level and slope, triggered by Hitachi’s L-7410 dual channel UV detector. Offline Mass Confirmation- The automated communication between the HTP and Hitachi’s M-8000 LC/MS over a LAN makes the task of verifiying large numbers of synthetic targets easy and definitive. In the offline mode, users can import HTP data and fraction rack information over the LAN to set up the MS sample tables. The MS results can be passed back to the HTP and automatically incorporated into the HTP data files for comprehensive summary reporting. LC Mass Spectroscopy Products: Model M-8000 LC/3DQ® MS System for extensive use in the fields of drug discovery, natural products, and food analysis. This system offers a wide analysis range up to m/z 2,000 and a wide variety of LC/MS interfaces: ESI, API, Semi-Micro APCI- Flow rate can be as low as 5 ґL/min. for trace analysis. Sonic Spray Ionization (SSI)- Extended scope of the analysis can be performed. Suitable for polar solvents such as TFA. |
