Chemical Imaging combines the chemical analysis power of spectroscopy with high-resolution optical imaging. ChemIcon systems can rapidly analyze a diverse array of materials. They provide accurate and detailed information on the precise chemical makeup of materials-information which is crucial to fabricating new materials, evaluating the performance of existing materials and controlling product quality. In addition, ChemIcon's systems can be modified to characterize the chemical makeup of products ranging from an aspirin to an auto part and can be integrated into a production process or made portable for use in the field. The FALCON™, a Raman imaging microscope for materials characterization and the RAVEN™, a Raman fiberscope for remote visual chemical inspection.
