| Trace Analytical manufactures and distributes gas analyzers, sampling accessories and integrated analytical monitoring systems for laboratory and industrial process applications. The line of high sensitivity gas analyzers, based on patented RGD detector, are used to maintain or improve processes that depend on contaminant-free environments. Trace Analytical manufactures a complete line of analyzers and accessories for monitoring impurities (e.g. H2, CO, CO2, CH4 and THC) in clean process gases. Process gas chromatographs ta7000 Gas Purity Monitor and RGA5 Process Gas Analyzer. RGA5 Series of Process Gas Analyzers are designed for on-line measurement of impurities in clean process gases. Trace Analytical manufactures several versions of the RGA5, offering optimal analytical conditions for a variety of UHP gas, chemical and environmental applications. Typical lower detection limits approach 1 part per billion (ppb), with upper limits in the parts per million (ppm) range. The RGA5 can be installed in a standard 19-inch industrial rack, a mobile analytical cart or on a laboratory bench top. Optional accessories for the RGA5 Series analyzers include: multipoint sampler, calibration gas blender and host computer software. RGA5 Process Gas Analyzer Model E-002 is specifically configured for the determination of chemical species originating from ground water contaminated with chlorinated solvents. This model is equipped with two parallel gas chromatography packages with separate RGD and FID detection. Applications include atmospheric and medical research, hydrogen in ground water, determination of petrochemical catalyst poisons, gas manufacturing plant quality control and gas purifier monitoring. Total systems with multipoint sampling and calibration accessories also available. The Multipoint Stream Selectors enable a facility to make the best of their investment in a multiple component analyzer by interfacing several test points within a gas distribution system to a single analyzer. The MGB1000 Micro Gas Blender is an excellent calibration device for the RGA5 and other analytical instruments which require rapid and accurate calibrations at low parts per billion (10-9) concentrations. TMS3000 Software is a Windows based data system which formats data reports and 24 hour trend screens with data generated by the RGA5 Process Gas Analyzer. The Millennium series of integrated analytical systems manufactured by Trace Analytical provide single step, turn-key solutions for gas suppliers and semiconductor facilities groups. Millennium ST comprises a line of pre-engineered RGA5-based stationary monitoring systems, tailored to specific monitoring needs. The Millennium GS is a mobile analytical cart equipped with auxiliary components which enable the RGA5 to be quickly brought on-line after relocation to a new test area. |
