Enterprise DP NVF "Ukrtekhmet" (city Kyiv) and OOO "Tekhnopromkomplekt Ltd." (city Zaporozhje) manufacture four ball friction machine series ChShM-K1 for testing lubricating materials after GOST 9490.
Three-phase high-frequency electric motor with power 3 kW is installed in the friction machine and it provides run-outs on the shaft in the limits of 0.05 mkm. All loads, recommended by GOST 9490, from the basic and additional sequences have been reproduced. Time intervals, 10 seconds and 60 minutes, are set with timers having the precision of reading of 0.3 %. Friction machine has the system of immediate rotation stoppage of electric motor after the test time has been used.
Each machine has the Certificate of the Ukarinian State Scientific and Production Centre for Standardization, Metrology and Certification (UkrTsCM) as well as the procedure for serviceability checking agreed with UkrTsCM, technical description and passport (certificate). |
