CHROMDET is a Russian company that develops, manufactures and markets the analytical equipment for gas analysis and leak detection. Company profile: Development and manufacture of portable and fixed point gas analyzers, photoionization detectors and lamps, gas generators. Manufactures portable gas monitors, fixed point gas detection systems, gas detectors, ionization sources and gas calibrating instruments. Products: Portable Photoionization Gas Monitor, Personal Photoionization Monitor, PHC2 Photoionization Detector Card, Chromdet 1020 Photoionization GC Detector and PHD-2 Photoionization Detector. CHROMDET manufactures a broad spectrum of VUV-sources for photoionization detectors. VUV lamps emitting the following top photon energies (eV) are available now from CHROMDET: 11.8; 10.6; 10.2; 9.9; 9.5; 8.4 eV. All types of lamps are turning out both in electrode (DC mode of operation) and electrodeless (RF mode of operation ) versions. Features products: Portable and fixed point gas analyzers COLION-1 for monitoring contamination of air with toxic compounds (oil vapor, organic solvents, alcohols, hydrogen sulfide etc.). Fixed point ammonia, chlorine, carbon oxide gas analyzer ESSA. Fixed point ozone gas analyzer GOZON. Ammonia generator GEA-01. Colion-1V Portable Photoionization Gas Monitor is intended for measuring total air contamination with organic and some inorganic compounds. New hand-held photoionization gas monitor PPM is a pocket-size photoionization instrument designed to provide organic and inorganic vapour and gas monitoring. Photoionization transmitter PHC-2 is designed for incorporating into fixed point gas monitoring systems. PHC-2 allows to measure overall concentration of VOC in air from low ppm level. It can be easily incorporated in monitoring system. PHC-2 consists of photoionization sensor PHC-2, minipump and support electronics (power supply and electrometer). PID CHROMDET 1020 can be mounted on any laboratory or portable GC. Detector has original design patented in Russia. The main feature of construction is the absence of seal between the lamp window and ionization chamber. This provides the following advantages over the conventional PID: low physical volume (40 mkL); absence of "memory"effects and false peaks; high operation temperature (up to 400C); easy to use. Only corund non-porosity ceramic is applied for insulation. PID CHROMDET 1020 needs only carrier-gas for operation and can be used both with packed and capillary columns. Photoionization detector PHD-2 is designed for using in gas monitors, it consists of photoionization VUV-lamp and ionization cell. Photoionization sensor PHD-2 is intended for incorporating in gas detectors and fixed point stationary systems. |
